This complete meal will keeping you feeling fuller for longer, combining the benefits of our Daily Greens + Protein powder with whole oats chia seeds, protein-rich natural Greek yoghurt, seasonal fruit and a spoonful of decadent almond butter. The perfect recipe for meal prepping , your future self will thank you!
Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats
2 tablespoons chia seeds
2 tablespoons Akaure Daily Greens + Protein
2 cups almond milk, or preferred milk
1 cup Greek yoghurt or natural coconut yoghurt
To serve
Greek yoghurt or natural coconut yoghurt
Kiwi fruit, peeled and diced
Blueberries
Almond butter
Mint
Method
Mix rolled oats, chia seeds and Akaure Daily Greens + Protein powder together in a bowl.
2. Add milk and yoghurt. Stir until well combined.
3. Divide oat mixture into 4 serving glasses, jars or meal prep containers. Place in the refrigerator to set overnight or for at
least 2 hours.
4. To serve, layer yoghurt, fruit and nut butter on top of oats. Garnish with fresh mint and serve
Note: Overnight oats can be made 3-4 days in advance.
